File Downloads

All file downloads are intended for educational purposes only. The Maverick and Chimera files do not represent a functional model, and require skilled machining and assembly of additional components for completion. Please read up on all applicable laws and decide for yourself whether you can legally download these models. You are responsible for knowing local laws pertaining to use or assembly of the provided files.

This Agreement supersedes any and all prior and contemporaneous oral or written agreements or understandings between you and Pilot Hobbies. No representation, promise, inducement or statement of intention has been made by you and Pilot Hobbies that is not embodied in this Agreement. You and Pilot Hobbies shall not be bound by, or liable for, any alleged representation, promise, inducement, or statement of intention not contained in this Agreement. A printed version of this Agreement shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this Agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. You agree that each provision to this Agreement shall be construed independent of any other provision of this Agreement. The invalidity or unenforceability of any particular provision of this Agreement shall not affect the other provisions hereof. In the event any provision of this Agreement is deemed unenforceable, including, but not limited to, the liability disclaimers above, the unenforceable provision shall be replaced with an enforceable provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original provision.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How long we retain your data
